Terms of Service

• You must provide a working email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
• One person or organization may hold multiple accounts, but must not use multiple accounts to evade plan limits.

You own everything you put into your apps: your code references, your end users' data, your uploads. We don't claim any ownership over it, and we don't use it to train models. You are responsible for what you build: if your app collects data from your own end users, complying with privacy law for them (consent, disclosures, data rights) is on you, not us.

Every plan has explicit limits (apps, storage, requests, egress; see the pricing page). Going over a limit pauses writes and new uploads on the affected app; it does not delete your data, and it does not generate a charge without your action. We may change plan limits going forward, but under the pricing-stability commitment: increases only apply to new customers, and changes are announced 60 days in advance.

You agree not to use PocketStack to:

• Host content that is illegal where you or PocketStack operate.
• Send spam, run phishing, distribute malware, or attack other systems.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or the abuse-prevention systems described in the Privacy Policy.
• Access or attempt to access another account's apps or data without authorization.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates this section. Where practical, we'll give notice and a chance to export your data first. Immediate suspension is reserved for active abuse (attacks, illegal content, security threats).

PocketStack is run by one person and is still in open beta. We do not currently offer a service-level agreement or uptime guarantee. We aim for high availability and monitor the service, but outages can happen, including ones outside our control (our infrastructure providers, listed in the Privacy Policy). We'll communicate significant incidents as they happen.

Features, limits, and pricing may change as PocketStack matures: this is what “open beta” means. Material changes that affect existing customers follow the notice periods described in the Commitments page. We may add new paid tiers (Premium billing, for example) without it counting as a breaking change to the Free tier you signed up for.

You can delete your account at any time from the Studio. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 4, or (with 90 days' notice by email, per the Commitments page) wind the service down entirely. Either way, export tools keep working until the data is actually removed.

PocketStack is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PocketStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

If these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date below and note it in the Studio for signed-in accounts. Continuing to use PocketStack after a change means you accept the update.
